Customer Security

Team By joining OVHcloud you will join the Security for Customers team, which has 3 main missions: - Assist sales, support and pre-sales teams in answering customer questions related to OVHcloud security offerings, - In close cooperation with the WSIS team, define and implement OVHcloud’s customer-oriented processes, and more broadly assist in the consideration of customer needs in WSIS. - With the help of public relations teams, participate in information security working groups to which OVHcloud contributes. Security certifications only bring value if we can demonstrate to customers our good management of information security in a language they understand. To do this, we need experts to understand the industry-specific business requirements and help Security and Products teams implement them. In particular for issues related to sovereign uses requested by our partners and major customers. Missions : - Support the development of the Southern Europe cluster and maintain S4C team capabilities - Support to commercial forces and cluster and other geographies - Maintenance and development of cybersecurity certifications from the sovereign referentials of southern Europe - Development of a relationship of trust with the various official administrations in these countries - Development of the public safety-oriented documentary base Hardskills -Knowledge of how certifications work, especially in the cyber world (at least ISO27001 and ACN) -Knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud -Good written and oral skills, pedagogical abilities -Fluent in English and Italian, good level of written and oral Spanish -Maîtrise du contexte institutionnel cyber en Italie- Mastery of complex data management and interpretation Softskills - Willingness to work in multinational environment - Curiosity - Analytical mind - Pedagogical skills for audiences with different technical levels Do you want to participate in the construction of a free and European cloud?
