Designation: Controlling Department: Finance Location: IFFCO ITALIA, Marcianise (CE) Job Summary She/He will define, organize, and manage controlling activities for commercial and logistics areas as well as monitor business performance and support the relevant functions through the continuous reporting in compliance with defined deadlines, existing procedures, and in line with Corporate objectives. Roles & responsibilties Lead the Budget and Forecast processes in collaboration with all company departments Responsible for all reporting and business forecasting activities in accordance with Group policies Support Sales and Marketing functions in developing the product budget, ensuring accurate preparation of product, customer, and channel P&Ls Carry out timely variance analysis versus plans, suggesting appropriate corrective actions Analyze sales data and margins by market, channel, and product to provide relevant stakeholders with tools to interpret business performance Oversee and monitor Marketing and Trade Marketing expenses to ensure compliance with the budget Track monthly sales investments, particularly promotional contributions and listing fees Requisiti e competenze richieste Business Administration degree or equivalent professional background At least 5 years of experience in management control Previous experience in the Food or FMCG sector Good knowledge of English (B2 level) The ideal candidate has a solid background in management control , preferably in international or complex corporate environments , with excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong results orientation. Proven expertise in key financial tools and processes is required, including: Advanced SAP knowledge (particularly CO/FI modules) Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Ability to work in cross-functional teams and dynamic environments ABOUT US Leader in the production of vegetable spraying, cooking and whipping creams, IFFCO Italia combines the strength of an international group with the quality of an Italian production.
