Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Group E-Shop Manager to join our Group e-Commerce team based in Castelfranco Veneto (TV). The B2C Online Shop Manager will be responsible for managing and developing all our B2C Online Shops in Europe (11 Countries). She/He will also play a role in the commercial strategy and development of our B2C business. Job functions include Shop Management, promotional planning, customer sales data analysis, development and execution of online sales activations, coordination with performance marketing and CRM, optimization of marketing/Sales Funnel and onsite customer journey/UX, sales forecasting, and demand planning. Align order flow with back office. Key Responsibilities You are responsible for managing all commercial aspects of our online stores and assume a high level of personal responsibility for sales targets, planning of country-specific products portfolios and ensure the availability of goods to achieve high growth targets. You will coordinate the activities on performance marketing and optimizing the relevant KPIs You develop digital marketing and sales activities for customer acquisition and activation together with the team and external partners You analyze the customer journey in the store and derive appropriate strategies and measures to create personalized shopping experiences for our customers. For a positive user experience for our customers, you proactively and continuously improve the design and usability (UX and UI) You identify potentials and trends for the optimization and further development of online channels, which you purposefully drive forward. You analyze and optimize the on-site Search as well as the product placement You monitor with a critical eye and define our business KPIs with a focus on traffic and conversion goals and contribute new ideas. You’ll play a pivotal role in all the S&OP processes for the Eshop stock availability You will interface between IT, Marketing, and Sales, coordinate with our external partners, service providers and agencies, and work closely with internal departments. You proactively initiate new store functionalities with the relevant departments Skills & qualifications A successfully completed commercial or technical degree or a completed specialist training course with e-commerce relevance. • 3-5 years of professional experience in online store management or e-commerce ideally in the consumer goods industry • Experience in the implementation of SEO and SEA concepts • Experience in project management of IT projects • Practice with CMS and e-commerce store systems; prior knowledge of Magento 2.0 is desirable • Experience as a platform owner in an agile context • Analytical, KPI-driven, self-reliant way of working paired with a high-service mindset • Understanding of technical interfaces and process flows in dealing with online store systems • You show initiative and are a real team player • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential, other language is a plus Mindset and Interpersonal Skills Get into the right level of detail Using the right facts to fully understand an issue, identify an opportunity, or make a decision.
