He/She is a professional in the sales of luxury goods and is responsible for the satisfaction and loyalty of every customer. He/She cooperates to reach the qualitative and quantitative goals set in the store. Job Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to achieve high customer satisfaction. Maintain alignment with the style and qualitative standards of the Brand throughout the sales process and after-sales service. Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive environment and focus on performance levels. Keep the workspace tidy according to Company guidelines. Follow Company standards throughout the sales process. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Utilize CRM activities to develop and sustain client relationships. Profile Relevant work experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury environment. Alignment with the Loro Piana brand identity and passion for LP products. Strong luxury touch and approach.
