You will develop software from concept through launch and support on-market products post-launch. Attendance Required to attend 4 days per week in the Milan Office. Core Responsibilities Analyze customer needs, design, and develop software work products. Create and maintain documentation for SDLC artifacts. Develop high-performance, scalable, and secure applications. Collaborate with the Informatics team for continuous improvement. Ensure work compliance with the ADD Informatics Quality system. Plan, execute, and track projects. Travel occasionally as needed. Position Accountability/Scope Design and develop informatics products in compliance with policies and standards. Assist with feature design and implementation. Coordinate with project managers, product owners, and R&D leadership. Work within cross-functional teams to deliver products. Minimum Education Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience. Required Qualifications / Experience At least 3 years of software engineering experience. Proficiency in C# and .NET framework. Experience with Javascript/Typescript (React preferred). Knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL and Oracle preferred). Understanding of OOP and FP. Experience with Microservice Architecture (SOA). Familiarity with Unit and Integration Testing. Version control with Git. Fluent in English. Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare industry, especially diagnostics. Knowledge of Agile practices, Scrum preferred. Experience with cloud services like Microsoft Azure. Understanding of cybersecurity and secure design. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with REST API design. Knowledge of SOLID principles. Additional Skills Systems thinking, effective communication, teamwork, decision-making, risk evaluation, and innovation skills.
