IT SAP O2c - Technical Analyst

This role reports to the IT SAP O2C Development Manager and will be responsible for key activities within the Order to Cash (O2C) cycle. Fluent in English, both oral and written; proficiency in other European languages, especially Italian, is a plus. Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a related technical field. At least 5 years of experience in consulting firms and/or large multinational corporations. Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA projects, including data migration and integration between SAP, middleware, and subsystems. Strong functional knowledge of Order to Cash processes, including billing, credit, payment, and collections, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in ABAP programming, including testing and debugging, related to SAP SD modules. Knowledge of SAP BRIM is a plus. Ability to review end-to-end O2C processes and business blueprints. Contribute to evaluating new business opportunities related to the O2C process. Analyze current O2C processes and requirements. Configure and maintain SAP S/4HANA SD modules, with knowledge of related modules like FI-CO. Provide production support for SAP business processes as needed. Support testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare IT activities. Perform root cause analysis and optimize system performance. Create custom queries and reports. Analyze user needs and develop complete solutions. Design, develop, and test programs for SAP SD modules using ABAP. VISA REQUIREMENTS: Right to work in Italy. J-18808-Ljbffr
