Direct message the job poster from Risorse Professional HR Business Consultant | Head Hunter | Middle & Senior Management | Engineering & IT Division @Risorse Professional Risorse Professional , a company specialized in the search and selection of Middle and Senior Management profiles, is looking for the following position on behalf of a leading international law firm : IT Support Specialist Responsibilities The specific responsibilities of the job holder will include : Taking ownership of problems and incidents and seeing them through to resolution by working with various global teams, keeping users informed about their incident status; Assisting with the installation, configuration, and administration of laptop and desktop hardware such as re-imaging and laptop replacements; Active monitoring and reporting of issues to the relevant teams or personnel, following the ITIL incident and problem management model used by the firm. Logging incidents, change requests, problems, and service requests in the ServiceNow incident management system; Finding the root cause of incidents using analytical tools such as NextThink; Providing expert advice on NetDocuments, Microsoft Office products (especially Outlook, Word, and Teams), and other core technologies; Assisting with scheduling, setup, and troubleshooting of videoconference calls as required; Working closely with the NOC team to identify issues and work on servers and network hardware where necessary; Administering the office phone system (Teams); Escalating security issues to the information security team when appropriate and whitelisting new software; Providing floor support for MFDs (printers, copiers, scanners) and coordinating reprographics work with external suppliers and document services. Technical Qualifications Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office; Desktop support experience with excellent communication skills; Knowledge of NetDocuments, iManage, or similar document management systems; Experience supporting iPhones, including use of MDM solutions like InTune; Experience in a law firm environment; Knowledge of MS Office suite of products; Experience with video conference systems such as Cisco, Neat, or Poly; Relevant certifications such as MCSE, MCP, MOS; Degree-level education; Experience with Dell hardware; Knowledge of ServiceNow or other call logging systems; Experience supporting printers and MFDs. Additional Qualifications Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level); Ability to communicate clearly with users without confusing jargon; Ability to communicate technical information to IT teams, management, and other firm personnel; Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and write technical documentation; Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously; Flexibility to work flexible hours, travel occasionally, and participate in an on-call rota system as required.
