Product Marketing Specialist

As part of our Consumer Marketing team this position will report to the Global Consumer Marketing Manager and will support the definition and implementation of the marketing plan within the assigned product category, developing an in-depth knowledge of the product lines and the communication assets already developed. Main Activities & Accountabilities: Gather information from the Product Development Team regarding technical content and expected consumer benefits and create consumer-focused communications Support the Global Consumer Marketing Manager in providing all information for trade and consumer facing marketing tools Support the Global Consumer Marketing Manager in developing the go-to-market plan for the newly launched products, including monitoring product supply Develop online and offline activation campaigns in collaboration with managers from other departments (Communication and PR, Digital, Social, Sales, Sports Marketing, Trade Marketing) Coordinate the selection and refinement of marketing deliverables such as key visuals, product-related photography, infographics and videos Provide regular updates on the competitive scenario and market trends Update and maintain the consistency of the product data required by the PIM / DAM / PLM systems Manage marketing projects assigned by the Global Consumer Marketing Manager Reporting on the KPI's of the marketing initiatives Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communication 1-3 years working experience in similar roles Fluent in English, both spoken and written Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, digital tools and platforms, and social media Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively Creative, innovative and proactive attitude Very strong team working attitude and ability to build and maintain new relationships with internal and external stakeholders Practice of swimming and/or other water sports will be considered a plus Workplace: Tolentino (MC) We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
