The role involves participating in digital transformation projects, collaborating with data science teams, and acting as a subject matter expert in demand forecasting. Key Responsibilities Lead demand planning processes for multiple markets and sectors, coordinating with product lines and supply chain teams. Manage tactical and operational forecasts, ensuring alignment with company goals. Participate in digital transformation initiatives, owning end-to-end demand planning processes. Monitor KPIs to improve forecast accuracy and implement continuous improvements. Collaborate with Data Science teams to enhance forecasting algorithms. Serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact for demand planning. Additional Duties Support local demand planning teams in implementing standardized processes. Manage demand plans and improve forecast accuracy across markets and sectors. Lead continuous improvement efforts and support the rollout of new tools and processes. Provide leadership within the supply chain team, fostering growth and project leadership. Qualifications and Skills Successful candidates will demonstrate expertise in demand planning, digital transformation, and data analysis, with leadership skills suitable for a mid-senior level role.
