As part of the Graduate Specialist Program – Junior Sales Engineer Linear Technologies , based in Casalecchio di Reno (BO) , you will join our Sales Team . You will participate in a blended training program designed to develop your technical expertise and cross-functional skills such as sales, communication, teamwork, and business processes. Through local and international experiences, you will gain insight into the full commercial cycle and build a solid foundation in customer development and Linear Technologies solutions. Your responsibilities include: Shaping the future: Developing new markets by identifying and approaching untapped customers, supporting the expansion of our sales network, and boosting competitiveness and growth in the LT segment. Collaborating: Working closely with the local sales team and engaging with international colleagues and headquarters to share insights and best practices. Innovating and developing: Learning about market dynamics and customer needs to recommend suitable solutions. Participating in industry events and trade fairs to represent the company and explore new opportunities. What are we looking for? Education & Language Skills: University degree or ITS specialization in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics , or related fields. English proficiency at minimum B1 level , capable of communicating effectively with international teams and headquarters. Organizational Skills: Motivated to achieve results and focused on customer satisfaction . Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills . Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across stakeholders. Reliable, proactive, and eager to grow with an entrepreneurial spirit .
