As a Quality Manager, you will report directly to the Plant Quality Manager and will gain experience managing a highly complex manufacturing department, ensuring excellent quality standards. Main responsibilities include: Tracking and reviewing internal quality performance KPIs (e.g., waste, rework, costs) Conducting end-of-line and process tests Ensuring finished product quality assurance Investigating and troubleshooting quality-related product or production issues Preparing, executing, and following up on internal process or system audits PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE Degree in Management or Mechanical Engineering At least 4 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a complex environment Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Good knowledge of quality tools (Fishbone, 5 Whys, root cause analysis, etc.) Proficiency in MS Office Basic knowledge of statistics Strong entrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to inspire others to be proactive People management skills Problem-solving orientation, focusing on solutions Love for challenges and a serious sense of responsibility Flexibility and adaptability in a constantly changing environment Excellent facilitation and communication skills Are you ready for this challenge?
