Job Description

Leads the Warehouse & Logistics aspects of TRD RLT Pilot Plant, including Inbound, Outbound, Storage, and Logistics within the Unit. Has operational end-to-end responsibility for compliant receival, storage, and shipment processes for both materials and finished products. During the buildup phase and S4HANA SAP implementation project, coordinates and represents the Pilot Plant organization in design acceptance testing and adoption phases. Job Description Key responsibilities : Operational responsibility for Warehouse and Distribution, coordinating with external service providers. Manage vendors for Warehouse and Logistics, executing Business Continuity Management. Participate in S4/HANA SAP implementation, leading local phases such as User Acceptance Testing. Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for TRD global SAP team and the Pilot Plant. Ensure adherence to operational discipline, GMP, and HSE standards within these sectors. Identify gaps, ensure performance quality and budget adherence, and lead process improvement initiatives. Own all systems and equipment as outlined in the Validation Master Plan. Support major events and audits, ensuring appropriate corrective and preventive actions. Essential requirements : Over 4 years of experience in logistics, preferably in a GxP or pharmaceutical environment. Experience with dangerous goods shipments and managing third-party warehouse and logistics providers. Knowledge in radiopharmaceuticals is desirable, with experience in radioactive sources logistics. Strong understanding of SAP, with a preference for S4/HANA system implementation. Fluency in both Italian and English. Additional qualifications: Technical knowledge in supply chain management.
