Our goal is to become a leading global player in our industry. What Are We Looking For? 5 years of frontend development experience, with at least 3 years working with Vue.js and Nuxt.js. React experience is a plus. Good understanding of backend technologies, ideally Node.js. Strong expertise in building clean, scalable, and maintainable frontend architectures. Experience leading technical projects and mentoring developers. Interest in or experience with team leadership and people management. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend engineers. Proactive problem-solver with ownership mindset. What Do We Offer? Our technology team is developing a platform to help accommodation providers optimize their operations. We are heavily investing in R&D to double our product offerings by year-end, expanding our engineering team. We seek a proven and experienced Senior Frontend Developer | Team Lead to join us. You will work hands-on on architecture, estimations, and implementation, collaborating closely with a cross-functional team and leading the engineering efforts. You will also provide leadership to engineers, conducting performance reviews and supporting their career development. Your responsibilities include : Providing hands-on support : architecture design, estimations, implementation, and testing. People Management : leading a team of engineers, conducting 1 : 1 reviews, and fostering growth. Cross-functional collaboration : working within Scrum, liaising with Product Managers and Designers, and coordinating with the engineering lead on management and planning topics.
