We are seeking a Deputy O&M Manager based in Milan or Verona, Italy, to join our Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team managing 300 MW. Full-time - unlimited Your contribution to the energy transition Manage operation and maintenance contracts for Utility Scale Plants in Italy, including current sites like the 42 MWp Sardinia PV plant and the 42 MWp Loreo PV plant, with future additions. Handle both commercial and technical tasks, reporting to the O&M Team Leader – Italy. Work location: Verona or Milan. Your tasks include: Gain thorough knowledge of contractual requirements and support the O&M team with contractual queries. Own all contractual deliverables, develop tracking registers to ensure timely submission of reports, invoices, and documentation. Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding contractual, commercial, or operational issues. Negotiate additional work or variation orders with clients. Manage relations with suppliers and O&M subcontractors in coordination with the Team Leader. Monitor plant performance against contractual KPIs. Support quality system implementation through standardization of O&M processes, develop method statements, operating plans, and checklists. Assist site teams with Root Cause Analysis when needed. Support other O&M activities across Italy, including revamping projects. Act as a backup for the O&M Team Leader when required. Your energy is required Qualifications we value: Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree/diploma. Minimum 6 years’ experience in PV plant maintenance or construction. At least 3 years managing O&M or EPC contracts for power plants. Experience with utility-scale PV plants (>20 MWp) is a plus. Experience working with corporate clients or large IPPs is a plus. Good knowledge of HSE procedures and regulations. Strong IT skills, especially MS Excel. Excellent command of English (spoken and written). Ability to work under pressure and independently. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good administrative and reporting skills. Willingness to travel up to 10% to PV sites. Valid driver’s license.
