Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to join our Digital Technology team within a Digital Transformation context. The Salesforce Architect will design and oversee scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions to support business transformation and customer engagement. Key responsibilities include leveraging Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications to align technology with business goals. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, integration, data modeling, and platform governance to lead strategic solution design and drive our CRM and sales & service roadmap. Key Responsibilities Design and Architecture: Create scalable and robust Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom apps, aligned with business needs and organizational strategy. Technical Leadership: Lead and guide the Salesforce development team, provide innovative solutions, and ensure project deadlines are met. Integration Management: Manage Salesforce integration with other enterprise systems, ensuring secure and real-time data flow. Solution Delivery: Oversee Salesforce implementation projects, collaborating with development teams, product owners, and project managers to ensure timely and within-budget delivery. Customization and Configuration: Oversee configuration and customization of Salesforce solutions to meet specific business requirements. Platform Optimization: Enhance platform performance and reliability through best practices, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions. Governance and Security: Ensure solutions comply with security, privacy, and governance policies, following Salesforce best practices. Training and Mentorship: Provide training and support to internal teams for optimal Salesforce utilization. Innovation: Stay updated on Salesforce features and suggest improvements to business processes. Qualifications Over 10 years of experience with Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) and platform capabilities. Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with business and IT strategies. Strong understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and third-party integrations. Familiarity with SDLC, DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset), and Salesforce development best practices. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Leadership experience guiding development teams and promoting Salesforce standards. Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect are highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and quick understanding of complex systems. Experience working in Agile environments (including SAFe 6.0). Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields. Fluent in English; knowledge of other EU languages is a plus. Location: Naples or Milan (hybrid work model). Willingness to travel. Visa Requirements Right to work in Italy.
