I am partnered with a national firm seeking a talented lawyer to join a growing insurance team in Brisbane. About the Role You’ll work on a variety of matters including public liability, professional indemnity, personal injury, and regulatory/disciplinary work—particularly involving allied health professionals. The role offers a mix of litigation and advisory work, with exposure to complex claims across diverse sectors like healthcare, childcare, and fitness. You’ll collaborate closely with a highly respected Principal and be part of a friendly, collegiate team committed to excellence. What We're Looking For 2–4 years post-admission experience in insurance litigation Experience defending PIPA claims and/or responding to regulatory bodies (AHPRA, OHO, etc.) Strong technical and written advocacy skills Excellent time management and communication abilities A collaborative, compassionate, and client-focused approach Why This Role?
