Here’s What You’ll Be Doing: Acting as a strategic business partner to the Managing Director, Operations, Marketing, and Procurement teams. Embedding financial insight into commercial decision-making across the organisation. Leading all financial operations, including reporting, compliance, controls, and forecasting. Managing cash flow, working capital, and driving profitability initiatives. Delivering accurate and insightful monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Overseeing financial risk management and mitigation strategies. Driving continuous improvement across systems, reporting, and financial processes. Developing long-term investment, capital, and sustainability strategies. Managing key relationships with banks, auditors, and financial stakeholders. Promoting a culture of accountability, insight, and operational excellence. What You’ll Bring to the Role: CA or CPA qualification with 10 years of proven CFO or senior financial leadership experience. A background in managing end-to-end finance functions in high-growth or comparable environments. Deep experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis. The ability to navigate risk frameworks and drive operational and strategic improvements. Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to interpret data and advise on outcomes. High levels of professionalism, discretion, and integrity. Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
