Here’s What You’ll Be Doing: Managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and the full employee lifecycle. Maintaining and updating HR policies, procedures, and compliance documentation. Implementing and overseeing performance reviews and employee engagement strategies. Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and WHS obligations. Managing employee relations, advising leadership, and resolving workplace issues. Leading disciplinary and conflict resolution processes. Supporting leadership with practical, fair, and commercially aligned HR advice. Organising internal events, team-building initiatives, and cultural programs. Collaborating with marketing to maintain a social calendar and internal communication. Supporting all departments with HR operations and event coordination. What You’ll Bring to the Role: A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. At least 5 years of HR experience in a generalist or managerial role. Strong understanding of Australian employment law, HR best practices, and WHS compliance. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels of business. High integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential matters. Proven ability in conflict resolution, employee engagement, and performance management.
