Here's What You’ll Be Up To: Assisting the Head of HR with day-to-day operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. Coordinating HR processes, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Managing HR documentation, contracts, and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality. Supporting training and development initiatives, ensuring employees have access to professional growth opportunities. Assisting in payroll administration and benefits coordination. Handling HR-related queries and providing first-line support to employees. Contributing to HR projects that enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction. What You Need to Bring: 1–2 years of experience in HR administration, coordination, or a similar role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in HR documentation and compliance. Strong communication skills, able to liaise confidently with employees and stakeholders. A proactive and adaptable approach, with a commitment to improving HR processes. Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
