Here's What You’ll Be Up To: Performing general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping all types of surfaces. Maintaining cleanliness inside apartments, common areas, and outdoor recreational spaces. Using and handling cleaning chemicals and consumables safely and correctly. Cleaning ceiling vents, hosing paths, and performing other required tasks based on business demands. Restocking common area consumables such as soap, toilet paper, and hand towels. Monitoring supply levels, reporting shortages, and stocking materials in designated areas. Keeping facilities and common areas clean, well-maintained, and visually pristine. Cleaning up spills using appropriate equipment and procedures. Collecting and disposing of trash, including daily rubbish runs and recycling collections. Assisting with basic gardening and groundskeeping tasks as required. Paying close attention to the condition of the building, grounds, and residential common areas, reporting any concerns promptly. Following safe workplace practices and ensuring compliance with company Occupational Health & Safety policies at all times. Enforcing compliance with Emergency, Fire, and Evacuation procedures. Representing the company in a professional manner at all times. Being polite and friendly to all residents and guests. Maintaining flexibility in working hours, including some weekends. Traveling to a nearby location as required. What You Need to Bring: Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance, ideally within luxury residences, hotels, or high-end accommodation. A strong understanding of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to maintaining a pristine environment. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A professional and friendly attitude, ensuring a high level of service to residents and guests. A strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance. Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role, including lifting, bending, and extended periods of movement.
