Here's What You’ll Be Up To: Conducting routine inspections of the common property to identify and address maintenance needs. Diagnosing and completing minor repairs, including plastering, painting, and general maintenance tasks. Performing basic gardening and groundskeeping as required to maintain immaculate outdoor spaces. Assisting on-site contractors and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Maintaining a general understanding of on-site machines and equipment. Providing timely responses to maintenance requests and ensuring all work is carried out to luxury property standards. Assisting with emergency maintenance when required, including after-hours call-outs on occasion. Ensuring compliance with emergency, fire, and evacuation procedures. Managing basic administrative tasks, including data entry into property management software. What You Need to Bring: Over 3 years of experience in a maintenance, handyman, or facilities role, preferably within a high-end luxury accommodation setting. Experience with basic plastering, painting, and general repair work (preferred but not essential). A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to property upkeep. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. A professional attitude and the ability to present yourself in a manner befitting a world-class property. General computer skills, with experience using property management software such as MyBos (preferred but not essential). Proven experience in landscaping, including lawn care, irrigation, and general gardening tasks. Cert III in Landscape Construction or a relevant qualification (preferred).
