REQUIREMENTS: Matric is essential 3 years of experience in a related role Automotive Industry experience would be beneficial Working experience on Evolve would be beneficial  RESPONSIBILITIES: Processing of invoices Rebates invoicing Processing of all Ford invoices Rebates VLP PBR Monthly billing invoices Service plan and warranty billing Receipting payments received (Bank) – receipting portal Allocations of GL accounts / Cash Control / Vehicle Debtors / Certain AR and AP accounts Clearing till accounts (Daily Bank – speed point payments) Processing and Allocation of warranty and esc payments – the AR accounts and AP account Floorplan interest processing Floorplan payments Plan exchange on floorplan Salary input Rebates invoicing
