Qualifications and Experience: Matric Diploma/Degree in Business Management. Minimum 5 Years experience in similar role. In dept understanding and knowledge of mining machines, components, application and operations. Driven, results orientated with strong time management and organizational skills Duties and Responsibilities: Know what is happening in the Market, community and Customers. Sales and Marketing Strategy Development and Execution. Representing the company when at customer meeting and community events. Must take a leadership role in the business, delegating with knowledge and authority. Maintain strong networking relationships with in the company, community and customers. Manage the branch profitably and efficiently. Increase Sales to market potential. New Sales leads, service & Capital. Identify business opportunities to grow market shares. Manage to a risk matrix Maintain the business premises in a clean and neat state, completing al necessary maintenance and repairs as planned or necessary.
