Job Description

Qualifications and Experience: Matric Diploma/Degree in Business Management. Minimum 5 Years experience in similar role. In dept understanding and knowledge of mining machines, components, application and operations. Driven, results orientated with strong time management and organizational skills Duties and Responsibilities: Know what is happening in the Market, community and Customers. Sales and Marketing Strategy Development and Execution. Representing the company when at customer meeting and community events. Must take a leadership role in the business, delegating with knowledge and authority. Maintain strong networking relationships with in the company, community and customers. Manage the branch profitably and efficiently. Increase Sales to market potential. New Sales leads, service & Capital. Identify business opportunities to grow market shares. Manage to a risk matrix Maintain the business premises in a clean and neat state, completing al necessary maintenance and repairs as planned or necessary. Manage Vehicle and Personnel Community involvement and Participation Sales Optimise Existing Sales New Sales Opportunities Contracts and Agreements Rapid Responses Opposition Intelligence Budgets, Goals and Forecasting Finance Sales and invoice Management Debtor Control Overhead cost Staff Costing and Overtime Job Costing Control Sales Risk Asset Management Inventory Control Vehicle and Moveable Assets Fixed Assets ad Buildings Product Support Optimise Aftermarket Product Support Machinery Records and Performance Field Reports and Machine Performance Pending Warranty Issues Job Quality and Compliance Skills, Competence Training SHEQ Health in the Workplace ISO Compliance Process Quality and Efficiency HR and Admin Salary Queries Leave and absenteeism Training and Skills Development Disciplinary Procedures Enforcing of Company Policies Reporting Management Reports Sales and marketing Intelligence Report Warranty Control Warranty procedure Warranty Control Responsibility Soft Skills Neat and well presented Driven, results orientated with strong time management, prioritization and organizational skills Must be willing to work in a team and with various stake holders Must be able to work well under pressure Accurate, detail orientated and technical Strong Communication skills required (written and verbal) Quick thinker and good problem solver Close out and complete tasks Good short-term memory Systematic and structured Please only apply should you meet all of the requirements.
