HR, IR and Payroll Manager

KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION: You will have a degree in HR or similar field, be SABPP registered and have 10 years experience in managing HR, IR and Payroll supervision a fast paced, unionized environment, with candidates from the transportation sector being ideal. You will have solid expertise in managing employee wellness programmes, managing all IR and disciplinary functions, implementing policies and procedures and managing EE and related plans/reports You will have solid experience in organizational planning, facilitating training and development practices and managing performance-based projects Proficiency in SAP HR and Advanced Excel is essential You must have a valid drivers licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record Due to the exceptionally high volume of applications, we are unable to correspond with each applicant personally, therefore only relevant and suitable candidates will be contacted.
