Paraplanner

A meticulous master of detail, this Paraplanner will be the analytical engine behind two busy financial advisors. Theyll juggle client data, run projections, build plans, and communicate insights; all while staying cool under pressure. Equal parts financial nerd and admin ninja, theyll keep everything running smoothly in the background (with a calculator in one hand and a client call in the other). What you'll do Consolidate, review and summarise client portfolios (local and offshore) Identify capital and income gaps in life, disability, dread disease, and retirement planning Crunch the numbers: income projections, investment returns, sustainability models, and tax implications Build and compare investment proposals across multiple funds and platforms Present insights visually using performance graphs, asset allocations, and risk metrics Structure appropriate investment vehicles aligned to each clients goals Prepare compliant and compelling documentation for advisor sign-off Liaise with clients for administrative needs and ensure all queries are handled with empathy and efficiency Support two advisors with seamless back-office execution and time-saving wizardry What you'll need A BCom in Finance or Investment Management is a nice-to-have, not a must RE5 and/or CFP? Even better, but were open to fast learners Demonstrated ability to work with financial tools, models, and spreadsheets Comfortable with complex client communication, ideally via email and phone Insanely organised with ninja-like multitasking abilities A sharp mind for analysis, a calm manner under pressure, and a real passion for planning
