REQUIREMENTS: Matric is essential 3 years of experience in a related role Automotive Industry experience would be beneficial Working experience on Evolve would be beneficial RESPONSIBILITIES: Processing of invoices Rebates invoicing Processing of all Ford invoices Rebates VLP PBR Monthly billing invoices Service plan and warranty billing Receipting payments received (Bank) receipting portal Allocations of GL accounts / Cash Control / Vehicle Debtors / Certain AR and AP accounts Clearing till accounts (Daily Bank speed point payments) Processing and Allocation of warranty and esc payments the AR accounts and AP account Floorplan interest processing Floorplan payments Plan exchange on floorplan Salary input Rebates invoicing
