Systems Officer

PMB based national concern are looking for a Systems Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Maintaining all systems and policy documentation Manage all internal and external quality systems audits (20 keys, ISO, GMP, HACCP, Risk) Facilitating the 20 Keys Programme Control and record non-conformance and customer care reports Control and maintain work instructions Compile monthly quality reports Ensure all relevant risk, health and safety training is conducted timeously and according to standards Ensure all relevant risk, health and safety training is conducted timeously and according to standards Facilitate the Occupational Health Risk Assessment and Risk Planning Ensure all legal appointments as per OHS Act is in place Commitment and compliance to the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, 20 keys, AFMA code of conduct and any other company management systems Requirements Minimum of Grade 12 with relevant qualification Tertiary qualification in Quality Assurance or Quality Management would be advantageous Experience in a production environment Knowledge of the ISO / GMP / HACCP Management systems, risk management and 2- KEYS systems would be beneficial Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
