This position offers an opportunity to step into an AML Compliance role, and offers excellent progression for strong candidates with AML operations experience and are looking to build their career in compliance. Key Responsibilities : AML Policy: Review and ensure that AML policy is in line with regulatory requirements, and to advise internal stakeholders on compliance standards. Systems and Projects: Manage and implement system enhancements on the bank’s AML systems, to ensure that system is upgraded and maintained for reporting purposes. Training : Conduct training with relevant staff to maintain AML system integrity and internal compliance. Qualifications : Education : Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field. Experience : 5 – 7 years of AML experience with relevant compliance systems (Actimize). Skills : Strong understanding of related regulations, ability to work independently, and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
