Evaluate external trends and the effectiveness of current career development initiatives, recommending improvements. Serve as the Career Development Lead for professional schemes within MTI. Qualifications At least 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience. Ability to conceptualise and articulate policies, with strong strategic and operational skills. Personal initiative and resourcefulness. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
