Job description: We are seeking an innovative, proactive, and service-oriented individual to drive and implement digital initiatives as part of our services transformation roadmap. The role involves overseeing the operation and support of digital services to provide an omni-channel, seamless, and personalized user experience for our airport partners. The candidate will handle tasks related to digital B2B enterprise solutions developed on low code platforms like OutSystems. Responsibilities include conducting design thinking workshops, gathering user requirements, performing technical assessments, sourcing, program management, deploying solutions, and operational support. The candidate will lead a team for rapid prototyping and innovation, working with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy advanced digital solutions. Ensuring quality control and governance throughout the process is essential to maintain high standards and compliance. The ideal candidate should be a team player and leader with strong interpersonal skills, passionate about enabling others to succeed. Roles & Responsibilities include: Leading B2B application development projects using low code platforms to accelerate the application lifecycle. Supporting the Head of Digital Services in strategizing and deploying B2B e-services and mobile services. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop business cases, MVPs, and justify project needs based on ROI, success metrics, and SLAs. Working with technical teams and vendors to deploy and sustain technical solutions, ensuring system availability, scalability, security, and data protection. Managing communication and program delivery, change management, and ensuring solutions meet all requirements including security and operational standards. Overseeing vendor support and maintenance, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs. Continuously improving business, security, and IT processes, providing technical leadership for application scalability, security, and performance. Defining and enforcing platform governance policies. Tracking KPIs for low code platform usage, collecting feedback, and refining processes. Leading strategies in system management and software development using agile methodologies, aligned with industry best practices. Pre-requisites: Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in large customer-facing organizations. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills; self-motivated team player. Extensive experience with enterprise digital solutions on low code platforms. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively present solutions. Industry certifications such as ITSM, CITPM, CPSO, or CSM are advantageous.
