Job Description: You will lead the implementation of the Quality Management System with CMO for the group, ensuring compliance with global CCH requirements and regulatory standards, focusing on Food Supplements. Responsibilities include managing CMO audits, qualification processes for new CMOs, and maintaining communication regarding quality standards with CMOs. You will collaborate closely with Procurement, R&D, and Quality teams to address and resolve quality issues. Responsibilities: Report complaints to CMO, investigate quality issues, and follow up on CAPA. Ensure CMO activities comply with regulatory and CCH guidelines to minimize risks. Recommends suspension of supply when quality management systems fail. Manage stock quarantine and oversee quality-related tasks of CMOs. Conduct quality management reviews, audits, and performance evaluations of CMOs. Lead investigations into defective products and ensure compliance with SOPs and electronic systems. Approve or reject new CMO/suppliers and maintain ongoing supplier assessment programs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues affecting safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Oversee third-party quality performance, CAPA follow-up, and supplier approval processes. Lead mock recalls and ensure regulatory compliance of suppliers and contractors. Document quality processes and report to the global quality team. Manage quality performance monitoring and ensure updated site documentation. Address and resolve quality issues impacting consumer safety and operational performance. Required Competencies: Minimum 10 years of experience in quality manufacturing and CMO management. Strong knowledge of QMS and product manufacturing processes. Thorough understanding of regulatory and quality requirements for pharmaceuticals, food supplements, medical devices, and cosmetics. Experience with GMP and auditing, with a Lead Auditor qualification preferred. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment. J-18808-Ljbffr
