Partner with the best The Test Bench Leader is the focal point for all operations related to erection, assembly, and testing of the assigned string test plant. He/She drives safety, quality, and on-time delivery for all mechanical and electrical activities related to test bench preparation, erection, functional testing, and disassembly. He/She acts as the coordinator for external suppliers performing activities on the test bench, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring non-conformity resolutions while maintaining communication with partner functions such as engineering, manufacturing, and assembly. He/She is also responsible for promoting safety and quality culture among partners and suppliers working on the test bench. As the Test Bench Leader, responsibilities include: Driving string test operations according to production planning and timelines. Supervising activities performed by external suppliers such as assembly, lifting, welding, and mechanical/electrical work. Providing technical guidance on non-conformities and maintaining connection with partner functions. Drafting and archiving operation quality and safety reports and checklists. Ensuring safety standards are maintained and respected. Verifying project budgets and adjusting operation plans to minimize costs. Capturing and applying lessons learned during operations. Fuel your passion To succeed in this role, you should: Have a degree in Engineering or a high school diploma with relevant experience. Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills. Be capable of managing multiple projects with high intensity. Be able to plan and lead cross-functional programs. Be an experienced problem solver with analytical skills to identify root causes and implement improvements. Have good knowledge of Turbomachinery System architecture and commissioning operations. Be fluent in English and Italian and able to work within the EU.
