As On-site Quality Representative you will provide qualification and stabilization support for a Middle East supplier in Riyadh. You will manage maintenance activities in Saudi Arabia regarding GE Avio design responsibility modules of two military programs. Job Description Essential Responsibilities Be the interface between the supplier and Avio Aero in order to guarantee the conformity of maintenance activities and improve processes Manage quality assurance activities: quality assurance of products, services, maintenance processes, etc… Manage quality control activities: guarantee conformance in maintenance, incoming goods control, product inspection, witness points, etc… Carry out periodic product, system and special process audits, as per the applicable Quality Plans and 0071Q Support maintenance activities at supplier facility Support the preparation of the technical documentation and certification package and certify modules on activities performed at supplier facility Support the management of non conforming material and fulfillment Provide support to internal and external customers Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience, supporting the qualification process and training to operators Set-up quality metrics and lead DSM. Drive quality review/meeting with leadership on the qualification status Qualifications/Requirements Master’s Degree in Engineering field Strong experience in Product Quality in aerospace environment Quality and Airworthiness standards/regulations training Previous experience as certifying staff member Demonstrated ability to teach colleagues Fluent in English and Italian Strong oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required Desired Characteristics Experience in Customer Quality in aerospace environment Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects What we offer Smart working and work life-balance Avio Aero, when possible, promotes hybrid work and encourages a good, healthy and satisfying work-life balance.
