Junior Export Manager

We are seeking to expand our team with a Junior Export Manager to support our international expansion plans and strengthen our presence in foreign markets. Responsibilities include : Identifying new foreign markets by analyzing expansion opportunities with a focus on market trends and local consumer needs; Developing and implementing effective sales strategies aligned with company goals; Scheduling appointments with interested clients and distributors; Participating in international fairs and events , representing the company and building relationships with potential clients and partners; Achieving and exceeding sales targets , regularly measuring results and refining sales strategies; Becoming the point of contact for clients and distributors; Supporting clients in selecting the most suitable products to meet their needs, in an assisted sales approach; Collaborating with the company's back-office sales team. Requirements include : Bachelor's and / or master's degree; Fluent knowledge of English and excellent command of French and / or Spanish . Additional languages are a plus; Willingness to travel frequently abroad , at least 50% of the time; Proficiency in main computer systems; Excellent communication and problem-solving skills ; Ability to find and develop new clients; Strong team spirit; Motivation for personal and professional growth. Preferred qualifications : Experience, even brief, in a similar role; Background in Biology or related scientific disciplines with molecular know-how; Knowledge of diagnostic product sales techniques is advantageous.
