We are recruiting a consultant for our Intellectual Property Team in Milan , who will be involved in : Advising on intellectual and industrial property matters (trademarks, patents, design, copyright); Handling litigation and non-contentious activities for national and international clients; Drafting and reviewing contracts related to new technologies and digital media; Providing strategic consulting in the IT and tech sector; Supporting IP litigation and legal protection of IP rights; Managing cases independently and coordinating team members. Skills and Characteristics This opportunity is ideal if you have : At least 4 years of post-qualification experience in Italy in both litigation and non-contentious IP matters; Law degree and admission to the Italian Bar; Experience in leading law firms or IP departments; Excellent command of English (spoken and written); Proven ability to manage cases independently and coordinate teams.
