Contract Lifecycle Management Legal Assistant Job Description: At McDonald's, we believe that our success begins and ends with our people. The Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Legal Assistant will join the Global CLM Organization, which aims to simplify, digitize, and standardize contracting across the enterprise. The CLM Legal Assistant will support various contract types on the Global CLM team, working closely with other team members. Responsibilities include managing contract intake and requests, assisting with the approvals and execution process, and contributing to document management and agreement reporting efforts. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, able to quickly adopt workflow changes, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and handle sensitive information with discretion. In this role, you will: Manage the contract intake process by submitting intake forms on behalf of select McDonalds leaders and verifying contract details across various systems. Facilitate contract execution by supporting approval workflows and the use of DocuSign to ensure timely and accurate completion. Ensure compliance with McDonalds standards by confirming all contract precedents and references and applying established contract requirements wherever applicable. Maintain contract records using the CLM tool as the single source of truth, ensuring all documents are accurately formatted, consistently stored, and properly archived. Qualifications: Bachelors degree and of 1-3 years of legal training. Experience working with Icertis or similar CLM tool. 1-3 years of legal assistant experience providing administrative support preferred. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to evolving workflows, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members and various business functions. Fluency in English, notably in legal environments.
