Internal Communications Trainee

Job Title: Internal Communications Intern Job Summary: We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Communications Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in internal communications and content creation. The intern will support the Sr Global Comms Advisor in enhancing our company’s brand, engaging stakeholders, and delivering clear, impactful messaging. Key Responsibilities: Assist in drafting communication campaigns and content creation. Support the development of internal communications materials, such as employee announcements and presentations. Research industry trends and competitor communications strategies. Monitor and report on communication campaign performance. Maintain and update communication databases and content calendars. Work on special projects to promote the company’s purpose and values. Qualifications: Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree program in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (level C1) with excellent attention to detail. Familiarity with digital communication tools. Basic research and analytical skills; ability to summarize findings clearly. Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Interest in corporate branding, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement. Layout and basic design, and basic video editing skills are a plus.
