Production Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee operations at an Almond Processing Facility. In this vital role, you’ll ensure safety, efficiency, and excellence across plant operations while promoting a strong team culture and high performance. As the Production Supervisor, your role is to optimise resources/maximise efficiency, minimise production cost, maximise and maintain product quality and maintain and improve safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate production records and daily performance reports. Ensure proper labelling and handling of processed and rejected materials. Identify and report foreign material contamination (dirt, sticks, stones) in processed almonds. Champion a culture of safe behaviour and ensure compliance with all relevant safety legislation and company standards. Encourage a culture of continual improvement and teamwork to reduce costs, improve quality outcomes, improve safety, minimise losses/incidents/accidents About You: Previous processing experience in grain or associated industry. Strong communication skills. Previous Production Supervisor experience so you can hit the ground running. This is an ongoing casual opportunity that will include both day and night shifts, working on a rotating 4 on 4 off roster.
