Job Description
Our client in the financial services industry is looking for a junior administrative assistant to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Answering telephone calls and dealing with clients during meetings in a polite friendly manner Processing all aspects of client administration accurately and timeously Assisting with the preparation of new business paperwork and quotations Submission of new business applications accurately and within stipulated time frames Liaising with product providers, working on their website and submitting queries online Preparation of annual reviews within the required month accurately and in line with compliance Processing of claims (risk assurance, medical aid and GAP Cover) Ensure all documents meet compliance standards Requirements 1 – 2 years’ experience in the financial planning industry in an administrative role Solid understanding of the financial planning industry (life cover, investments and medical aid) Professional and friendly manner Adaptability and client service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail, organizational, teamwork and time management skills Computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc)
