MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Agriculture diploma/degree advantageous At least 5 years previous fruit pack house experience essential Computer literate Strong working knowledge of pack house computer systems relating to all systems Sound knowledge of HACCP, BRC, Global Gap, Export Audits AND Ethical Audits Operational knowledge of ammonia plant refrigeration Excellent communication and written skills Ability to work overtime and alternative week-end Valid drivers license ONLY short-listed candidates will be contacted
