Minimum requirements: Red Seal Trade Test Millwright (essential) 5 years of experience in a factory/processing plant (Agricultural / FMCG preferred) Strong mechanical background gearboxes, conveyors, motors, pumps, valves, chains Hands-on experience with steam boilers, steam traps, and boilerhouse maintenance Good fault-finding skills on mechanical and basic electrical systems Strong preventative maintenance and breakdown response track record Exposure to automated production lines an advantage Key Responsibilities: Planned and unplanned mechanical maintenance Monitoring and upkeep of boiler and steam systems Repairs on conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and hydraulics Shift support attend to breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime Assist with upgrades and continuous improvement of machinery and processes Consultant: Lynette Wolmarans - Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
