General Foreman BUILDING – Stellenbosch

A reputable construction company based in Stellenbosch is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Foreman to lead and manage various building projects in the region. If youre a hands-on professional with a strong background in site supervision, quality control, and team leadership, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and site staff. Read and interpret building plans and specifications. Enforce health and safety regulations on site. Monitor progress, prepare reports, and liaise with project managers and clients. Solve on-site issues promptly and effectively. Requirements: Minimum of 10 years experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years as a Foreman or General Foreman. Strong knowledge of building methods, materials, and regulations. Proven leadership and team management abilities. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors simultaneously. Relevant qualifications and a valid drivers license.
