BBBEE Compliance Manager

Minimum Requirements: HR, Business, Finance, Law or related Degree Compliance qualifications (Certified Compliance Professional, Compliance Officer etc.) At least 3 years experience in corporate governance, BEE compliance or a regulatory role SANAS-accredited verification processes and audits experience Strong with writing reports Able to oversee compliance initiatives from start to end Duties and Responsibilities: BEE Scorecard Oversight : Keep a close eye on our Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) progress across all key areas: ownership, management, skills development, procurement, enterprise & supplier development, and community contributions. Monthly Reporting: Produce regular reports on our BEE compliance, highlighting current status and suggesting improvements. External & Internal Collaboration : Work with verification agencies, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all BEE documentation is spot-on. Proactive Compliance Checks : Conduct internal reviews to find and fix any compliance issues before official audits. Legislative Awareness : Stay up-to-date on changes in BEE laws and advise management accordingly. Strategic Optimization : Help leadership fine-tune our procurement and employment strategies to boost BEE compliance.
