Location: Kimberly-Northern Cape Requirements: Bachelor of Pharmacy degree/ equivalent qualification Registered as a pharmacist at the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC) Knowledge of Retail operations Knowledge of dispensing systems and ordering systems Knowledgeable with regard to pharmacy legislation Knowledge of financial management principles and systems Unisolv experience. Marconi experience (advantageous) Responsibilities: OPERATING RESULTS ACHIEVED THROUGH DELEGATED TASKS Pharmacy administration Housekeeping Stock control Customer service Sales Compliance Marketing campaigns MANAGEMENT Operational work planning. Priority setting and scheduling of staff. Operational performance monitoring. People and enabling capacity management/Resourcing. Manage cross-functional relationships e.g. with Prescribers, Suppliers, Head Office, Store manager, and Cash office. Resolve escalated operational issues. Budget management LEADERSHIP Developing and tutoring staff, interns, and assistants. Motivate and discipline the team How to apply:
