Clinical Application Support Specialist

Key focus will include, but not limited too; Providing hands-on support for electronic medical systems used within the hospital. Work closely with healthcare teams to optimize clinical workflows and system usage. Deliver training, mentoring, and coaching to clinical staff to ensure system proficiency. Requirements: Qualification: Registered/Professional Nurse diploma /degree OR degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, OR degree in Emergency Medical Care. Registered with professional body A minimum of 3 years clinical experience in a private healthcare environment. Currently practicing in a clinical area, with 2-3 years of direct patient care experience. Proven experience as a shift leader or supervisor, overseeing clinical teams would be advantage. Prior experience working with electronic medical systems is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
