Project information: Type of project: Tax Location: Kraków; hybrid or remote working model (depending on the candidates' location) Working hours: Mon-Fr (business working hours) Languages: English Type of employment: long-term contract of employment Salary range: 15000 - 18000 PLN gross Responsibilities: Calculate transfer prices Apply and maintain transfer pricing methods in line with company policies Monitor intercompany transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with arm's length principles Prepare and manage intercompany cost allocations and service recharges Work alongside external consultants to help prepare local and master file transfer pricing documentation Support transfer pricing audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities Analyze financial data and ensure accurate extraction and reporting Identify opportunities to improve compliance, quality, and efficiency in transfer pricing processes Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in transfer pricing Professional background in international company is a must Understanding of accounting principles Good Excel and SAP skills Very good English (B2/C1 level) Great communication & analytical skills We offer: Full-time job agreement based on employment contract Private medical care Life insurance Multisport card Annual bonus Development opportunities
