Your main role: connecting people ________________________________________ Purpose of the role To build strong human and professional bridges between exceptional interior design brands and industry players in Switzerland, by providing strategic, personalized and seamless support throughout the client journey. The Account Manager is the essential link between brands and clients: cultivating lasting relationships, identifying and developing opportunities, and passionately representing the aesthetic of beauty to deliver a smooth and unforgettable customer experience. ________________________________________ Key responsibilities As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in the development and loyalty of our professional customer base. Your main duties will include: •Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth information flow and efficient organization. •Being flexible and available to respond to unforeseen needs and specific client expectations. •Monitoring project budgets and coordinating communication with external partners. •Identifying and developing new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with potential clients. •Working closely with the team to help define and implement growth strategies. •Organizing and leading regular client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored, proactive solutions. ________________________________________ Who is our client ?
