Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounts and Admin Manager to lead financial and administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations. You will work closely with the camp owner and managers. If you're passionate about fostering excellence, have a keen eye for detail, and juggling numbers is your favourite pastime, we want to hear from you. Candidate requirements: Grade 12; and a relevant hospitality or accounting qualification is preferred Fully computer literate and familiar with accounting software like Xero, and various other programs Must be an Excel fundi and have strong financial acumen Previous experience in an accounting/bookkeeping-related role is a must Understanding luxury lodge operations is essential Must be an efficient all-rounder and willing to help with other ad hoc tasks such as sourcing quotes, arranging transfers, assisting with reservations, and booking additional activities with third-party suppliers, etc Must have a keen eye for detail A friendly, team player with a can-do attitude Part-time: 5 hours a day (in the mornings), 5 days a week. Must be flexible and available if operationally required outside of these hours. This is a remote role for candidates residing in Hoedspruit. You can work from home, but must be able to meet in town on a set day each week.
