Clinical Facilitator

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting both theoretical and practical learning for students and staff within clinical environments, including clinical accompaniment and promoting evidence-based nursing practices. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Nursing, Nursing Education qualification, Assessor certificate and SANC registered A minimum of 3 years experience in an academic environment. Moderator certificate OR to be successfully completed within the first year of employment. Commitment to commence further studies towards achieving a masters degree within 2 (two) years of commencement of employment. Own transport and drivers license. Intermediate computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programmes and digital learning platforms. Strong leadership Effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
