Job Description

Key requirements: Minimum of 1 years of experience in B2B sales Strong value system (respectful, punctual, honest, integrity) Self-motivated (being motivated by money / or prestige are very usable traits in this role) Excellent communicator (articulate, well spoken, good listener) Self-Confident but humble (not arrogant) Someone who will take responsibility for the generation of sales with or without leads, owning their role and chasing a target with vigour and determination. Personality traits: Intelligent (Quick Thinker) Energetic & Enthusiastic Consummate professional (dress/grooming/manners) Approachable Personality, not abrasive or overly eccentric Commercial acumen Coachable, adaptable, open to feedback Skills required: Resilience able to handle rejection Staying motivated and persistent Experience in talking to senior executives Able to qualify prospects and spark an interest Experience in B2B sales Comfortable to make 50 sales calls in a day and use CRM system for tracking Your duties and responsibilities will include: Generating new business leads through cold calling and networking Qualifying prospects and identifying business opportunities Developing and maintaining relationships with clients Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets Providing excellent customer service and product knowledge Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
